Identify business problems by analyzing client and stakeholder needs. Design and document business flows and processes for small and medium projects. Investigate operational issues to find opportunities for improvement. Gather BRD documents for enhancements. Attend JAD sessions to gather quality requirements. Use Agile/SCRUM to plan, manage, and deliver solutions as a team member. Travel and relocation to various unanticipated client locations throughout the United States may be required.
